Hello everyone,
The regularly scheduled monthly call is set for tomorrow, Thursday, at 11am
ET. There isn't a full presentation scheduled, but we'll have time to share
updates and discuss a few topics.
One timely topic will the role and potential of 311 and related systems for
communication flows around disaster preparedness and response. I've asked
Greg Bloom (from OpenReferral.org, the "open 211") to join us again and
spend a few minutes talking about the work he's been involved with behind
irmaresponse.org
A few other potential topics are the use of bots and artificial
intelligence for contact center interactions and the development of
universal service catalogs.
As usual, we'll also have time to discuss ongoing work around things like
the bulk data spec and validators, as well as any other updates folks would
like to share.
Note that we have a new Google Hangout URL and we will not be using a
telephone conference line.
